Return & Exchange Policy
Auraa Loops
At Auraa Loops, we truly hope you love every pair of socks you order from us. We put a lot of care into the quality, comfort, and design of our products. However, since socks are a personal hygiene product, we have a specific return and exchange policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all socks purchased from Auraa Loops are non-returnable. Once the order is delivered, we are unable to accept returns. We request you to please check the size, color, and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. So, we do offer exchange only in the following situations:
- If you received a damaged product
- If you received a wrong product
- If you received a different size than what you ordered
- If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product photos.
Exchange conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be unwashed
- Product must be in original packaging
- Exchange will be processed after product inspection
- If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process the exchange.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Since our products are non-returnable, refunds are generally not applicable. Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- If the product is out of stock after you place the order
- If we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
